The Nice Book Festival hosts hundreds of authors each year and honors thousands of books.

Various genres find their place in this festival, which is characterized by conviviality and eclecticism: general literature, antiquarian books, comics, children's literature, academic books, regional books, art, poetry, and esotericism will be represented thanks to the participation of numerous booksellers.

Meeting with the Authors

The Nice Book Festival is also an opportunity to meet 200 writers from all over France or the world who come to meet their readers.

Renowned authors or young writers, poets, comic book authors, and children's book authors come to engage in a dialogue about literature.

Animations for young readers

The youngest book lovers are not forgotten as the Nice Book Festival organizes workshops specifically for children aged 3 to 10.

Authors and illustrators for young readers come to introduce their works to their young audience.

The association Lire et faire lire, through which retirees share their love of reading with children, is also invited.

The 21st edition of the Nice Book Festival will be held from May 31 to June 2, 2024, at Jardin Albert 1er from 10 AM to 7 PM
