Chicken And Carrot Stir-fry: An Easy Recipe

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients needed to make chicken stir-fry with carrots for 4 people:

4 chicken cutlets
6 carrots
2 shallots
1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
2 cubes of Kub Gold
1 level tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Preparation

The preparation of the chicken and carrot stir-fry is rather quick.

1- Peel and wash the carrots, then cut them into slices.

2- Blanch them for 10 minutes in boiling salted water.

3- Peel the shallots and chop them finely in a food processor.

4- Cut the chicken cutlets into large cubes.

5- Prepare a broth by diluting the Kub Gold cubes in 25 cl of water.

Cooking

1- Heat the Sunflower oil in a large skillet.

2- Brown the chicken pieces and the chopped shallot in the pan until the meat is golden brown.

3- Add the carrot slices and sauté for a few minutes.

4- Add the spoonful of flour and cook for a few minutes to make a roux, before deglazing with the broth.

5- Simmer the carrot chicken stir-fry for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

6- Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley.
