Making fruit Iced tea is even easier if you use canned pineapple chunks and frozen fruit.
1- Pour the pineapple chunks and some of their juice in the bottom of a large pitcher.
2- Add the cherries and the still frozen mango pieces. It is useless to thaw them beforehand since these fruits will help cool your homemade iced tea.

In particular, by following the same easy recipe, you can make a delicious red fruit iced tea! All you have to do is replace the fruits listed above with a commercial frozen berry mix.
If you prefer to use fresh fruit rather than frozen, go for seasonal fruit like peaches and apricots.
Since summer is a season rich in fresh fruit (nectarines, plums, raspberries...), the only limits to flavoring your summer non-alcoholic drinks are those of your imagination!
