Matcha Banana Milkshake: An Easy Recipe

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients needed to prepare Banana Matcha Milkshake for 4 people:

2 bananas.
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
4 level teaspoons of matcha tea.
about 30 cl of semi-skimmed milk.

Preparation of Frozen Bananas

The matcha banana milkshake is an anti-waste recipe that allows you to use ripe bananas. In summer, this fruit tends to ripen faster due to the heat, and of course, it cannot be placed in the refrigerator.

A tip to avoid wasting bananas is to cut them into slices and freeze them for future recipes. Frozen bananas can be used to make quick ice creams called nice creams, banana bread, or milkshakes.

For the matcha tea milkshake recipe, simply proceed as follows:

1- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.

2- Lay the slices flat on a plate and place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours before making the milkshake. You can also do this freezing step the day before.

3- Take the banana slices out of the freezer 15 minutes before blending them so they are not too hard.
