To give your melon cucumber tomato mozzarella salad a more attractive appearance, I recommend making melon balls using a Parisian apple corer spoon.
This stainless steel utensil allows you to hollow out and sculpt vegetables, fruits, or other ingredients into a round shape. It is commonly used to make melon or watermelon balls in the summer, but also potato, beet, or even cooked cheese balls like Comté or Gouda!
1- Wash the melon before cutting it in half.
2- Remove the seeds using a tablespoon.
3- Take melon balls from the flesh of the fruit by rotating the stainless steel Parisian apple corer spoon.
4- Reserve the melon balls on a plate as you form them.
If you don't have time to prepare this melon cucumber tomato mozzarella salad, you can also slice the melon and cut the flesh into cubes.
The preparation of the other ingredients that make up this fresh salad is very simple and quick:
1- Wash the cucumber and remove the skin completely or partially, then slice it.
2- Wash about ten cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
3- Drain the mozzarella ball and cut it into cubes.
4- Wash and separate the basil leaves.
Once you have prepared all the ingredients for the melon cucumber tomato mozzarella salad, as shown in the photo above, all you have to do is assemble it in bowls or shallow plates.
1- Distribute cucumber slices, cherry tomato halves, and mozzarella cubes in each plate or bowl.
2- Arrange the melon balls nicely on top.
