The Sweet Zucchini Cake: A Deliciously Moist Cake

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients needed to make sweet zucchini cake for 6 people:

100 g of trumpet zucchini.
one apple.
half a lemon.
2 handfuls of raisins.
1 capful of amber rum.
200 g of flour.
1 packet of baking powder.
125 g of brown sugar.
1 packet of vanilla sugar.
2 eggs.
5 cl of oil.
a knob of butter for the mold.

Preparation of the filling

1- Pour the raisins into a bowl. Add the amber rum and let them soak.

2- Wash the zucchini, without peeling it, then finely grate the trompette zucchini onto a plate.

3- Peel the apple and grate it with a coarse grater.

Dough preparation
