How to use this essential oil properly?

For external use, dilute a few drops of essential oil in a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Use this mixture to massage the areas to be treated:
• on painful areas in case of muscle or joint pain
• on the chest in case of wet cough
• on the scalp in case of lice or dandruff
You can also use a drop of pure essential oil:
• by applying it with a cotton swab on the area to be treated in case of fungal infection, canker sore or acne spot
• by applying it at your solar plexus or on the inside of your wrist in case of nervousness, lack of self-confidence and/or mental fatigue.
For internal use, it is recommended to dilute one to two drops of essential oil in a spoonful of honey and to take this mixture 3 times a day in case of gastroenteritis, cold or other viral infection.

Like all essential oils, laurel essential oil is contraindicated during the first trimester of pregnancy and in young children.
