Saint-maur En Poche: A Paperback Book Festival
After the success of its previous editions, the international paperback book fair 'Saint-Maur en poche' will take place during a weekend in June at Place des Marronniers. This fair created in 2009 is a fun and friendly event.
Presentation of the festival
Saint-Maur en poche is an international paperback book fair co-organized by the City of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés and La Griffe Noire bookstore.
Whether you are an informed reader or just curious, this original event will plunge you, for a weekend, into the world of paperback books.
This free event invites you to meet authors and discover a selection of paperback books, presented by the Griffe Noire team. You will find books for all tastes, from novels to thrillers, including essays and books for the well-being and youth.
Edition 2022
After two years without a festival, 'Saint-Maur en poche' will take place on June 24, 25 and 26, 2022.
Friday 24 is reserved for school groups, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 the show is open to all.
During this paperback book fair, 250 French and foreign authors will be present in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (94).
On the program: books to discover for this summer, unforgettable meetings with authors and many activities for young and old: signing sessions, debates, awards, workshops in plastic arts, collage, writing, storytelling, shows ...
