Carrot, Orange And Avocado Salad: An Easy Recipe For Winter

2 carrots
1 organic orange
1 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil
salt
cumin powder
sesame seeds
Preparation
As the name suggests, the Carrot, Orange and Avocado Vitamin Salad is easy to make with ingredients that are available in all seasons.
1- Peel and wash the carrots, then grate them with a large-hole grater.
2- Cut the orange in half. Squeeze out pieces of flesh from one half and squeeze the other half.
3- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone and the skin, then cut the flesh into small cubes.
Assembly
To assemble this vitamin-packed carrot, orange and avocado salad, start by making an orange juice-based dressing.
1- In a small salad bowl, emulsify the orange juice with the rapeseed oil. Add salt and cumin powder.

To note: you can also flavor this orange juice-based dressing by adding a little grated organic orange zest.
2- Pour the grated carrots, small pieces of orange and diced avocado successively into the salad bowl.
3- Mix gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
