a Pizza dough (homemade, ready-to-roll, or bought from the bakery).
a tablespoon of olive oil.
a large container of Niçoise ratatouille.
a ball of mozzarella.

Pizza assembly
1- Unroll or spread the bread dough and place it on a lightly oiled pizza pan.
2- Before spreading the ratatouille on the dough, make sure to thoroughly drain the vegetables so that the juice does not soak the bread dough.
3- Cut the mozzarella ball into thin slices.
4- Spread the ratatouille and mozzarella slices over the dough.
5- Season the ratatouille pizza by sprinkling the mozzarella slices with dried oregano and a bit of freshly ground pepper.
Pizza baking

2- Cook the ratatouille pizza for about 18 minutes until the mozzarella is melted and grilled.
3- Serve hot, optionally accompanied by a green salad or a mixed salad.
