6 medium carrots
2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil
5 cl of white wine

Preparation of the ingredients
To make this turkey and carrot stir-fry, start by preparing the vegetables.
1- Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into thin slices.
2- If you don't have ready-made parsley, prepare it yourself by chopping together a clove of garlic and a small bunch of flat parsley.
3- If necessary, cut the pieces of meat into cubes of about 2 cm on each side.
Cooking the turkey
You can cook this turkey and carrot stir-fry in a sauté pan or casserole dish.
1- Heat the casserole over high heat and add the olive oil.
2- Fry the turkey pieces for about 10 minutes, until the meat is browned on all sides.
3- Add salt and pepper.
Preparation of the stir-fry
1- When the meat is well browned, add the carrot slices and sauté for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
2- Lower the heat. Add the spoonful of flour and mix well, then deglaze with the white wine.
3- Heat water in a kettle and top up with warm water to cover the ingredients as shown in the photo below.
4- Add the parsley last, then cover the pot.
5- Simmer the turkey and carrot stir-fry on low heat for about 45 minutes.
