Riding the locavore trend, restaurateurs in the city of Cannes and its surroundings are launching a new event called Cuisine cannoise en fête!
For one week, restaurateurs and culinary professionals, producers, farmers, and artisans from the Cannes Basin have decided to highlight the products and gourmet specialties of their region.
Between land and sea, Cannes cuisine draws its inspiration from seasonal vegetables from the market gardeners of the Siagne Valley and fish caught off the coast of the Lérins Islands...
It's at the Forville Market, the nerve center of Cannes gastronomy, that connoisseurs gather to stock up on local products. It is therefore at this market that the event will be inaugurated.
2025 Edition
The 2025 edition of "Cuisine cannoise en fête" highlights authentically homemade Cannes cuisine with the flavors of the Cannes basin from March 29 to April 12, 2025.
For 15 days, the flavors of the Cannes basin will be celebrated thanks to the involvement of around forty restaurateurs, culinary artisans, producers, and farmers. Together, they will showcase the local culinary identity by offering authentic, homemade cuisine rooted in the Cannes terroir.
For this 9th edition, the event will be held under the honorary presidency of Christian Sinicropi, a native of Cannes, and sponsored by chef Guillaume Arragon, head of the restaurant La Rotonde in Mandelieu.

From March 29 to April 12: A Gourmet Immersion
Each day, in addition to their regular menu, participating restaurateurs will offer a dish or a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) highlighting local products from land and sea. True to the festival's spirit, each creation will bear an evocative name inspired by Cannes and its region, and will be offered at a special rate.
Saturday, March 29: A Gourmet Market in the Heart of Cannes
Starting at 11 a.m., the Forville market will transform into a true temple of local gastronomy. Restaurateurs and artisans will showcase their expertise through culinary demonstrations and tastings of their specialties. The Monks of the Abbey of Lérins will also be present to introduce their wines.
A moment of sharing and conviviality, marked by an official musical inauguration at 11 a.m. on the Allées de la Liberté.
