Top Chefs: The Auron Gastronomic Festival
Every year, the Auron ski resort in the Southern Alps celebrates mountain gastronomy by inviting renowned and Michelin-starred chefs from the region. For a weekend, the Chefs at the Summit of Auron festival invites you to indulge in gourmet delights and get involved in cooking competitions and workshops.
A high-flying festival
Every year, the culinary arts soar to new heights during the Chefs at the Peak of Auron festival!
This annual event, organized by the Association of Shopkeepers and Craftsmen of the Auron resort and Saint-Etienne-de-Tinée, welcomes top chefs from the French Riviera.
This gastronomic gathering is also marked by:
- demonstrations
- tastings
- gourmet meals
- culinary contests and workshops
- activities for children
Over the course of a weekend, you can delight your taste buds in Auron while also getting hands-on experience!
2024 Edition
The "Chefs at the Summit" festival in Auron is back from January 24 to 29, 2024. Victor DELPIERRE and Stéphane MANGIN are the patrons of this edition.

Saturday, January 27 from 3 pm to 5 pm: Pastry workshop with Claire Verneil (Pastry Chef Claire Verneil)
