Ingredients
- - 60 g of popcorn kernels (2 measuring spoons)
- - 1 tablespoon of butter (or a lighter version with 40% fat)
- - 2 tablespoons of fructose or 3 tablespoons of sugar (muscovado is ideal)
Preparation
1. Pop the corn using your popcorn machine.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet or non-stick saucepan until fully melted.
3. Once the butter is liquefied, stir in the sugar into the saucepan.
4. Wait for the mixture to form a caramel, which happens very quickly: be careful!
5. When the caramel is ready, reduce the heat and add the popcorn, making sure to mix well to coat each kernel.
6. Transfer everything to a bowl and serve immediately.
