Ingredients
- - 2 large apples
- - 200 g of apple sauce (about 2 jars)
- - 1 puff pastry
- - 100 g of brown sugar
- - 1 egg yolk
- - 50 g of butter
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 210°C (thermostat 7) for 10 minutes.
2. Place the puff pastry in a dish and prick it with a fork.
3. Bake the pastry blind for about 7 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, peel the apples and slice them thinly.
5. Once the pastry is cooked, take it out of the oven and spread the apple sauce on the bottom, then add the apple slices.
6. Bake again for 20 minutes.
7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then mix it with the egg yolk and brown sugar.
8. Pour this mixture over the pie, starting from the center.
