Ingredients
- - 1 to 2 kg of strawberries
- - 500 g to 1 kg of sugar
- - 200 to 400 ml of water
- - lemon juice

Preparation
1. Blend the strawberries and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
2. The next day, strain the mixture using a chinois.
3. In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water while stirring, until it boils.
4. In another saucepan, gently heat the strawberry puree.
5. Add the prepared sugar syrup to it. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice and some vanilla for flavoring.
6. Finally, finely chop the mint leaves and incorporate them into the mixture.
7. Strain the mixture again using a chinois to obtain the smoothest syrup possible.
