  • - 1 liter of water
  • - Brown sugar
  • - Fresh ginger, previously grated

2. Squeeze several yellow lemons to achieve the desired acidity level for your juice.
3. You can also incorporate green lemons. In a saucepan, heat the lemon juice until it begins to simmer.
4. Off the heat, add 4 teaspoons of ginger (adjust according to your preferences) then cover the saucepan and let it steep for about 20 minutes.
5. In a bottle, add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (or powdered sugar if you prefer).
6. Then filter the mixture and pour it into the bottle. Top up with about 1 liter of water.
7. Mix everything vigorously and then chill.
