Ingredients

  • - 2 cod fillets
  • - 4 scallops with their coral
  • - 1/2 apple (Golden or Granny depending on your preference)
  • - 10 cl of heavy cream
  • - 2 good knobs of butter
  • - salt, pepper, chives

Preparation

1. In a frying pan, cook the cod with a bit of butter.
