Ingredients

  • - 2 onions
  • - 200 g of smoked bacon
  • - 20 cl of semi

Preparation

1. Peel and slice the onions into thin rings, then set them aside.
2. Wash the zucchinis, peel them, and then slice them thinly.
3. In a gratin dish, first place the rings of onions, followed by a layer of zucchinis, then add the bacon, and finish with another layer of zucchinis. Season with pepper.
4. Beat the cream, then pour it evenly over the preparation.
5. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and place in the oven.
