Ingredients
- - 1 avocado
- - 1/2 packet of shredded surimi
- - The juice of 1/2 lime
- - 1 round tomato
- - 125 g of 20% fat cottage cheese
- - Chives
- - Fresh or dried coriander
- - Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Peel and pit the avocado.
2. Gently mash it with a fork, making sure to keep some chunks. Set aside.
3. Dice the tomato, making sure to remove the seeds to prevent it from releasing water.
4. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado, shredded surimi, and diced tomato.
5. Add chopped chives to taste, along with the chopped coriander, cottage cheese, and lime juice. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
