- - 500 g of red tuna fillet
- - 2 eggs
- - 3 tablespoons of good quality olive oil
- - 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

- - 2 tablespoons of capers
- - salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. In a large mixing bowl, start by pouring in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Add the finely chopped herbs, then season with salt and pepper. Mix everything gently.
