Ingredients
- - 1 ripe melon
- - 1 fresh cucumber
- - A few mint leaves
- - 1 plain Greek yogurt
- - Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
- - The juice of half a lemon
- - 100 g of shelled and cooked shrimp
Preparation
1. Start by washing the cucumber, cutting it in half and removing the seeds. Form balls with the melon and distribute them in small bowls or glasses.
