Ingredients

  • - 2 cans of smoked salmon lardons
  • - 2 cooked and peeled beets
  • - 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • - 2 hard
  • - boiled eggs
  • - Mayonnaise to taste

Preparation

1. Cook the potatoes until tender and prepare the hard-boiled eggs.
2. Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them into small cubes, add a bit of mayonnaise, and place this mixture at the bottom of a salad bowl.
3. Then add the smoked salmon cubes on top and drizzle with a light layer of mayonnaise.

5. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half, separating the yolk from the white.
6. Mix the yolk with mayonnaise and place it on top of the beets, repeating the process with the egg white.
