Ingredients
- - 2 avocados
- - 150 g canned tuna
- - 150 g peeled shrimp
- - 150 g canned corn
- - 400 ml thick fresh cream
- - 3 teaspoons of old
- - fashioned mustard
- - 6 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - a few drops of lemon juice
- - lettuce (optional)
Preparation
1. Drain the tuna and the corn.
2. In a bowl, combine the fresh cream, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to your taste.
3. Incorporate the tuna, making sure to crumble it well.
4. Then add the corn, shrimp, and drops of lemon juice, and mix everything together.
5. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and then chop the flesh into small cubes.
6. Gently fold the avocado cubes into the mixture.
7. Place a bed of lettuce in the bottom of 6 ramekins, then add the mixture.
