- - 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- - 1 ripe avocado
- - 1/2 tomato
- - 1 cucumber
- - 2 crisp apples
- - A drizzle of lemon juice
- - Salt, pepper, and spices to taste
Preparation
1. Start by drizzling the slices of salmon with a bit of lemon juice and let them rest for a few minutes.
2. Meanwhile, dice the tomato, cucumber, and apples into small cubes, then mash the avocado to obtain a puree.
