The Mountain Agriculture Show In Bourg-saint-maurice

Since 2013, the town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice in Savoie has been organizing its Mountain Agriculture Fair during the tourist season. This friendly event allows farmers from the Savoie region to showcase their know-how and products. Come and discover the products and traditions of the French mountain pastures!

Presentation of the exhibition

The Mountain Agriculture Show organized in Bourg-Saint-Maurice since 2013 is an event dedicated to the mountain farming world.

For two days, exhibitors from the mountains of Europe come to present local products and handicrafts.

These two days of conviviality are also punctuated with animations (presence of animals at the farm Space in the city center, demonstrations, workshops and animations for children).

Edition 2022

For its 9th edition, the Mountain Agriculture show returns to Bourg-Saint-Maurice on August 21 and 22, 2022.

More than 80 exhibitors have responded and will offer:
- local products: cheeses, delicatessen, honey, alcohols, pastries
- arts and crafts: pottery, wood carvings, crystals, bells, clothing
- essential oils and cosmetics
- agricultural and hunting equipment

More than 20 activities will immerse visitors in mountain traditions, including
- demonstrations by mountain guides
- demonstrations of wool work
- milking cows and making Beaufort cheese
- horse-drawn carriage rides or donkey rides
- construction of huts
- animations for children from 3 years old.
